Eligibility for BBA LLB

The candidate should have passed 12th (10+2) standard examination from any government-recognized board with minimum 45% marks or equivalent grade (40% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes). Students who have appeared for their H.S.C finals and awaiting results are also eligible to apply, subject to submission of passing certificate by the notified date.

Intake:

The total intake is 300 seats, which includes 180 seats for BBA.LL.B. and 120 seats for BA.LL.B.

Application Procedure

Symbiosis Law School, Noida Selection Process

Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET Law) is a law entrance test conducted by Symbiosis National University for admission in the Law programs.

·         Symbiosis Law School, Noida Selection process has a total of two stages: SET and PI-WAT which consists of Personal Interaction (PI) and Writing Aptitude Test (WAT).

Symbiosis Law School, Noida: Application Process 2024

Symbiosis Law School, Noida application procedure is carried out in online mode. The applicant must register online for Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET Law). SET Law is a university level examination organized by the Symbiosis International University (SIU) for a total of 720 BA LLB and BBA LLB programmes offered in three law school of Symbiosis located in Pune, Noida and Hyderabad.

SET Application Process begins with the registration procedure. After the registration procedure is completed, candidates will enter the details required for the application form. Lastly, they have to make payment of SET Application Fee.

Here are the steps to apply to SET Law:

·         Go to the http://www.set-test.org/law-school-noida.html

·         Click on ‘New Registration’ link. Read the instructions and click on ‘I Agree’ button.

·         Fill in the details required such as Name, Gender, contact details, valid email id, mobile number, etc.

·         Click on ‘save and continue’ button.

·         Candidates will have to choose a password and hint question to recover the password.

·         Click on ‘Register’ button.

·         They will receive a confirmation of email id and password through email to their email address.

·         Once, the registration procedure is successful, candidates will have to fill in the Personal basic details like Gender, Blood Group, Date of Birth, category and NRI status, Present Address Details, Education Details

·         Applicants have to enter Symbiosis Law School, Noida in the “Institute Preference” tab.

·         They have to upload their passport size scanned photograph in .jpg, .jpeg or .gif format. The size of the image should not exceed more than 100 kb.

·         Click on the “Save and Continue” button.

·         After the SET Application Form is completed, candidates will be redirected to the Payment gateway where he/she will have to choose the mode of payment.

·         Students will have to pay INR 1500 as the Application Fee.

·         They can opt for either online mode of Payment or Offline mode of payment.

Selection is done in two phases:

Candidate seeking admission SLS, Pune should complete the following procedure:

·         It is mandatory to appear for SLAT (Symbiosis Law Admission Test) as a precondition for admission to SLS, Pune.

·         Candidate must complete the SLAT (Symbiosis Law Admission Test) online registration process.

·         Candidate must pay Rs. 2250/- as a SLAT Registration Fees.

Application Procedure

A candidate needs to register for the Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) & also register for Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA offering his/ her choice of programmes by paying separate programmes registration fees.

Step I:

• Candidate must complete the Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) online registration process and pay Rs. 2250/- as a SLAT Registration Fees.

Step II:

• Candidate must register for Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA by offering his/ her choice of programmes i.e. BA. LL.B. | BBA. LL.B., by paying programme registration fees of Rs. 1000/- per programme, as applicable.
• Aspirants can now complete the SLAT 2024 as well as programme registrations ‘Online’ in the same portal.

Selection Procedure

Selection is done in two phases:

Candidates will be short listed on the basis of the SLAT score.

The short listed candidates will be invited for Personal Interaction which will take place in Online Mode.

Final Merit list shall be drawn on the basis of SLAT Score (70%) and PI performance (30%). In other words, it will be based on the cumulative marks scored on the scale of 100 marks wherein SLAT score will be scaled up to 70 marks i.e. 70% weightage and the remaining 30% weightage will be assigned as follows: Personal Interaction (PI) – 30 marks i.e. 30%.

Eligibility

The candidate should have passed 12th (10+2) standard examination from any government-recognized board with minimum 45% marks or equivalent grade (40% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes). Students who have appeared for their H.S.C finals and awaiting results are also eligible to apply, subject to submission of passing certificate by the notified date.

Intake:

The total intake is 300 seats, which includes 180 seats for BBA.LL.B. and 120 seats for BA.LL.B.

No capitation is charged for admission to any programme at any institute of Symbiosis.

All or any disputes relating to selection, cancellation of admission, refund of fees, examination, certification, and disciplinary matters shall be exclusively subject to jurisdiction of Pune or NOIDA courts/forums only. And for the purpose of writ jurisdiction, the jurisdiction shall be exclusively with High Court of Bombay at Mumbai.
