Educational Qualifications 5 Years Integrated Course
1. (a).An applicant who has successfully completed Senior Secondary School course (+2) or equivalent (such as 11+1, A level in Senior Secondary School Leaving Certificate course) from a recognized Board/University in India or outside or from Secondary Board or equivalent, constituted or recognized by the Union or by a State Government or from any equivalent institution from a Foreign Country recognized by the Government of that Country for the purpose of issue of qualifying certificate on successful completion of the course Examination, with minimum of 45% marks in aggregate for Open, SEBC and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Category candidates and Out Side Maharashtra State Candidature Candidates (OMS) i.e. All India Candidates, (candidate belonging to SC and ST Category from the State of Maharashtra with minimum 40% Aggregate Marks and VJNT, SBC, OBC, Category belonging to State of Maharashtra with Minimum 42% Aggregate marks);
(b) The applicants who have obtained +2 Higher Secondary Pass certificate or First Degree Certificate after processing studies in Distance or Correspondence Method is eligible for Admission to the course; Provided that, the applicants who have obtained 10+2 through Open (University) system directly without having any Basic Qualification (Standard X) are not eligible for LL. B-5 Yrs. CET. Further provided that, applicants who have obtained 10th Std./Secondary Schooling Certificate Examination, in a Single Sitting Examination without having basic qualification (1st to 9th Standard of Schooling) is not Eligible for Admission. Further provided that, the candidates who are appearing/appeared for the qualifying examination (regular examination of that Academic Year) are also eligible to apply for the Entrance Examination. Such candidate will be eligible for admission only if they produce the provisional/ Degree/ certificate of the qualifying examination and the mark lists of all parts/attempts the of qualifying examination at the time of admission.

Placement Overview
The Thakur Ramnarayan College of Law (“TRCL”) Placement and Higher Education Cell was started in the Academic Year 2017-18. The TRCL Placement and Higher Education Cell is one of the most important committees of TRCL, believing in providing promising career opportunities to young law students graduating from TRCL. The TRCL Placement and Higher Education Cell acts as a strong link and facilitator between potential recruiters, encompassing law firms, counsels, LPOs, corporate houses and non-governmental organisations, and students in order to ensure that our students get placements on campus.
The members of the TRCL Placement and Higher Education Cell, have since its inception, played an important role in providing diverse opportunities to our students to explore and participate in the practical aspects of legal fields through internships as well as long term research assignments. In the past, diverse entities have collaborated with the TRCL Placement and Higher Education Cell in providing opportunities to our students.

Refund of fees after cancellation of admission (As per CAP Information Brochure)
the candidate shall apply online for cancellation and submit duly signed copy of system generated application for cancellation of admission to the institution.
after receiving duly signed admission cancellation request from the candidate, the institution shall cancel the admission immediately and generate online acknowledgement of cancellation of admission through institution login and issue a signed copy to the candidate.
the refund of fees before cut-off date of admission shall be made within two days i.e. total fee minus the processing charges of rs.1,000, or refund rule shall be as per the guidelines of the appropriate authorities or the state government, as the case may be.
if the admission is cancelled after the cut-off date of admission declared by the competent authority, there shall be no refund except the security deposit and caution money deposit.
no institution, who has in its possession or custody, of any document in the form of certificates of degree, diploma or any other award or other document deposited with it by a person for the purpose of seeking admission in such institution, shall refuse to return such degree, certificate award or other document with a view to induce or compel such person to pay any fee or fees in respect of any course or program of study which such person does not intended to pursue or avail any facility in such institution.
