Training and Placement Cell of the Sinhgad Law College, Pune

It handles campus placement of the B.S.L., L.L.B./B.A.,LL.B.(V years Course) and LL.B.(III Years Course) Students. Placement Cell provides all kind of support to Students at every stage of placement process with Law Firms, NGO’s and LPO’s. Arrangements for Pre-Placement Talks, Written Tests, Interviews and Group Discussions are made as per requirement of the Recruiters.

OBJECTIVES:

1) To organize on Campus and off Campus interviews of the B.S.L., LL.B. ./B.A.,LL.B (V Years Course) and LL.B. (III Years Course) with reputed Law Firms and LPO’s and Corporates .

2) To organize different Training sessions, Guest Lectures for the students of Final year Law Course.

3) To train the students to face the Aptitude Tests, Group Discussions and Personal interviews.

4) To help the students in improving their interpersonal skills and to guide them in developing their personality.

5) To organise field visits of the students to various corprates, Law Firms and LPO’s and NGO’s.

6) To provide internship opportunities to the eligible students in various organizations.

Placement Policy (For the Year 2017-2018)

1) A Student can apply either in Law Firm, NGO, or LPO as per his interest who have approached directly to the college for their recruitment process.

2) A student can avail only one offer.

3) Eligibility for applying for job will be based on attendance and academic Performance.

4) Placement Cell does not guarantee a job or internship and it will only work as facilitator for placement activities.

Library

The library is a backbone of an Educational Institute. Sinhgad Law College offers a rich collection of Text Books recommended by the University as well as other contributions by renowned authors, Law Reports, Journals that aid the purpose of learning, teaching and research projects.
