SLS Pune BBA LLB
Symbiosis Law School (SLS), Pune, was established in the heart of Pune city in 1977 to create one of the best LLB colleges in Pune. The aim was to deliver world-class law education to discerning students. SLS Pune was previously associated with the University of Pune. However, in 2002, it became a constituent of Symbiosis International University.
The curriculum and pedagogy are designed around the latest quality initiatives in legal education in India & the world including in India & the World recommendations of the Carnegie Report, USA combining skill, knowledge and values. These are imparted through multitalented, qualified, competent and enthusiastic faculty.

Eligibility criteria for SLS Pune
- Candidate must have completed 10+2 or equivalent with above mentioned marks in aggregate from any recognised Board/Council. Candidate who have obtained 10+2 Higher Secondary Pass certificate or First Degree Certificate after processing studies in Distance or Correspondence method is eligible.
- Candidate who have obtained 10+2 through Open University system directly without having any Basic Qualification are not eligible. Candidates who are appearing/appeared for the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply for the Entrance Examination.
- Such candidate will be eligible for admission only if they produce the provisional/Degree/ certificate of the qualifying examination and the mark lists of all parts/attempts the qualifying examination at the time of admission. The mentioned marks of SC/ST and OBC is for the candidate belonging to Maharashtra State.

SLAT, PI, WAT
SLAT Selection Procedure 2023: Symbiosis International University (SIU) follows its own SLAT selection procedure for giving admission to the candidates to UG law programmes. The entrance exam for SIU, SLAT 2023 will be conducted on May 06, 2023 and May 14, 2023, in online, computer-based test mode. Candidates can appear for the SLAT 2023 exam on both dates.
If a candidate appears for more than one test, the higher score will be considered for the final percentile calculation. The selection procedure of SLAT 2023 includes steps such as registration, examination, Personal Interaction (PI) and Writing Ability Test (WAT). While the SLAT 2023 is conducted by the SIU, the PI and WAT rounds are conducted separately by each law school.

Written Ability Test
The Written Ability Test or WAT round will consist of 20 marks. In this section, the candidates will have to write a short essay on a given topic. The topics are generally related to political, social, or legal issues. Here are a few ways in which you can prepare well for this round.
Personal Interaction
The round of Personal Interaction to analyse the personal attributes, inclination towards law as a career, communication skills, overall personality, extracurricular and co-curricular activities, and elementary knowledge of the law of a candidate. This round consists of 30 marks and here are some tips to score the most in it.
