About Admission process NLC Pune
Subject to clearance of eligibility criteria prescribed by Bar Council of India in its Regulation, 2008 and University norms, a candidate who has qualified in LL.B. Entrance Test can seek admission in the respective course of his choice in the order of merit and subject to intake capacity. Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University New Law College admission to UG programmes is done based on candidate’s marks in All India Law Entrance Test.
No candidate will be entertained for admission even if he satisfies the above condition, if he fails to attend the counselling on the prescribed date notified in the schedule on the website from time to time. Candidates for the Master of Legislative Law (L.L.M) programme must have a minimum of 50% in their LL.B degree from a UGC recognised university.
Candidates must go to the Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University New Law College official website and fill out an application form in order to apply for admission to Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College Pune. Entrance Test by securing minimum 50% marks in the LL.B. The university gives admission to UG, PG, diploma and doctoral courses.
At the undergraduate level, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University New Law College offers 5 programmes- B.A. L.L.B, B.B.A L.L.B, B.B.A L.L.B Self Finance, L.L.B, B.A. L.L.B Self Finance. As prescribed by Bar Council of India, Rules of Legal Education 2008, the applicant shall have passed the Bachelor’s Degree in any of the faculties of any recognized university or an examination recognized as equivalent there to and have obtained 45% of the total marks in case of general category and 40% of the total marks in case of SC & ST applicant.

The workshops are designed to suit the understanding levels of the target audience and are held throughout the year to ensure consistency and gradual grooming. Each workshop put together involves separate modules dealing with definite facets of the skills, such as ‘Effective use of Language’, ‘Fundamentals of Public Speaking’, Fact Management, data structuring and Framing contentions and tools to refute arguments. Student’s acknowledge the workshops to be very effective in giving practical training and these workshops and participate in these with over whelming response.
What’s New in NLC?
Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College Admission 2023 is ongoing for Law programs through MHT CET Law. Exam Dates for the same have been released for the 5-year and 3-year LLB programs. MH CET Law 2023 exam for the 5-year LLB will be conducted on April 2, 2023, and MH CET Law for the 3-year LLB will be held on April 2 and April 3, 2023.
College is approved by Bar Council of India.
